Position Title: Deputy Manager Organization: Govt Entity Roles: Providing support by following up on the work progress of the office affiliated to the Entity abroad Office and following up on the various projects assigned Auditing and following up all the financial accounts related to the abroad office and reviewing the financial reports, including the reports of the reserves, parks and projects, which contribute to achieving the desired goals. Monitoring activities related to the preparation and maintenance of sites at the highest level and preparing maintenance schedules to ensure that they are maintained periodically in order to be appropriate to receive VIPs during visiting periods, including villas, palaces and reserves of the Entity. Following-up on everything related to the fleet of cars abroad, from regulating traffic and car schedules to following up on their maintenance and requesting their spare parts Desired Skills: Communication, Relationship Building, Customer Focus, Adaptability and learning, Business Excellence, Strategic mindset, Problem solving, Resource Management, Vendor Management, Administrative & Office Management & follow up coordination etc Education: Bachelors in Business Management Experience: 8 yrs Nationality: Abu Dhabi Emirati with Family Book Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED50,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month
