Job Description

To assist the Finance Manager in managing the organization's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role ensures that financial data is accurate, timely, and in line with regulations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyzing financial performance against key metrics and providing insights to management.

Budget Monitoring and Control:

Supporting the monthly budget monitoring process and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, and other financial documents.

Team Management and Development:

Supervising and mentoring junior finance staff, potentially including training and development activities.

Internal Control:

Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.

Liaison and Communication:

Collaborating with various stakeholders, including auditors, senior management, and other departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination on financial matters.

Operational Support:

Providing support to the Finance Manager and other senior managers in various financial activities and projects.
