Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Overview:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies for achieving financial goals and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.

- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to guide decision-making.

- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the annual budget process.

- Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment with strategic objectives.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.

- Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institution

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA or CA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

- Office environment, with occasional remote work flexibility.

- May require extended hours during month-end closings and budget preparation periods.
