Recruits, develops, retains and trains in the business concepts and our values. Apply your management experience and business understanding in your work as responsible for employees, optimization of sales and cost management, and follow-up and implementation of strategic initiatives. Plans, manages and follows up on sales promotion efforts in collaboration with the local management group in Dubai. Analyzes business data to identify growth opportunities and ensure profitable growth. Works with budget management and follow-up on KPIs. Generates sales to own customers and builds and maintains a sales network and relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
The right candidate for us has several years of experience in personnel management, B2B and B2C sales or sales management and has a solid business understanding. Knowledge of the industry will be an advantage but not essential to succeed in the position.
