Job Details:
The position includes overall control over the variety of areas of activity in the Human Resources Department, with an emphasis on data from the areas of salary and attendance, which includes, among others: Payroll and attendance controls (monthly, sample), controls on payroll data, production of reports, detection of exceptions and their observation for discussion and treatment of the relevant parties. Carrying out proactive controls on data from the HR system, with an emphasis on data that directly or indirectly affects wages and attendance, detecting anomalies, trends and needs for data optimization Characterization of needs and requirements for the development of control reports and alerts, dashboards and BI reports for research and data analysis Analyzing cross-sectional data in the areas of salary, attendance and human resources, performing economic analyzes of the financial implications of salary moves and of the mutual effects of changes in agreements Initiating and managing forums to investigate data from different content worlds in human resources Management of internal and external work interfaces

Job Experience:
