Our facility is currently hiring for a Dental Insurance Officer
- Must have 5 years dental/Medical insurance experience in UAE
Proven experience in dental insurance, medical billing, or a similar healthcare administrative role.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, claim submission procedures, and coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Verification:
Verify patients' dental insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits before appointments.
Confirm co-pays, deductibles, and treatment limitations.
Claims Management:
Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims.
Follow up on pending or denied claims and resubmit when necessary.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Patient Communication:
Explain insurance coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities to patients.
Assist patients with insurance-related questions or documentation.
Coordination With Insurance Providers:
Liaise with insurance companies to clarify policies, resolve discrepancies, and confirm approvals or pre-authorizations.
Maintain strong professional relationships with insurance representatives.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate patient insurance records in the clinic management system.
Ensure all insurance information is updated and compliant with clinic policies and regulations.
Financial Reconciliation:
Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and reconcile with clinic billing records.
Identify and correct payment discrepancies.
Compliance & Policies:
Stay updated on insurance regulations, coding requirements (e.g., CDT codes), and policy changes.
Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
