We're Hiring: Corporate Insurance Officer
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Insurance Officer with holding company experience to manage and oversee insurance matters, including employee health, property, automobile, and marine coverage across UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer diverse insurance policies
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations
- Partner with HR & departments to optimize benefits
- Oversee claims, additions, and deletions via portals
- Maintain strong ties with insurers and brokers
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 8+ years' experience in health insurance/HR role (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance laws & corporate insurance policies
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
