Job Description

Take full responsibility for the management and daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. Build, organize and supervise human resources team: coordinate with recruitment and training department to recruit new staff, assign work, evaluate performance and develop team. Operational control: reception - consultation - treatment - post-treatment care process, ensuring professional and service standards are strictly followed. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, receptionists and related departments to optimize work efficiency and customer experience. Participate in building business plans, service development orientation and revenue targets by month/quarter/year. Manage operating costs, budgets and investments in equipment and supplies. Ensure the clinic complies with the regulations of the law, the Department of Health and relevant agencies.

Job Requirements

University degree or higher, priority given to majors in: Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, or related fields. At least 3 years of management experience in the medical/service/business field No Dental experience required. Experience managing a sales team or consultants is a big plus. Experience in building operational processes and monitoring their implementation is a big advantage.
Outstanding leadership and people management skills, able to inspire and build an effective working culture.
