The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality dental restorations (such as crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and dentures) using advanced CAD/CAM software. You will collaborate closely with dentists, lab technicians, and other dental professionals to ensure precision, esthetics, and functionality in every case.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and fabricate dental restorations using CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings).
Interpret dental prescriptions, digital scans, and impressions to develop accurate dental prosthetics.
Utilize digital scanning equipment and software to receive, design, and prepare files for milling/3D printing.
Modify and optimize designs based on feedback from dentists or quality control.
Ensure restoration designs meet fit, esthetic, and occlusal requirements.
Manage digital case workflow and maintain organization of design files.
Assist in the milling or 3D printing process, including nesting and material selection.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot CAD/CAM equipment and software as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and new CAD/CAM technologies.
