Job Summary:

The Medical Representative (Dental Lab) is responsible for promoting the dental laboratory's products and services to dental clinics and dentists (

for Abu Dhabi coverage)

. This role focuses on conducting regular field visits, building long-term relationships, and increasing the lab's client base by offering customized dental solutions and maintaining excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and dental centers to promote the lab's products and services (crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and dental assistants. Present and explain laboratory services, materials, and techniques to potential clients. Identify and approach new clinics to expand the client base. Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery. Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate closely with the dental lab team for accurate order processing and delivery. Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly. Prepare and submit weekly visit reports and monthly sales performance summaries. Represent the company in dental exhibitions, conferences, and professional networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Dentistry, or a related field. Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Sales Representative (experience with dental labs preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of dental materials and lab processes. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage field visits effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily to multiple clinic locations.
