What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and guest preferences for restaurants, banquets, and room service.
• Assist in developing menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary promotions across outlets.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure efficient food production with proper portion control.
• Work closely with banquets, bars, and service teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Train and guide commis chefs, fostering a cooperative and high-performing kitchen environment.
• Follow HACCP standards and food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and safe equipment use.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and proper food storage.
• Report and help resolve any kitchen equipment issues.
• Provide input on menu innovation, guest preferences, and operational improvements.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong culinary knowledge, techniques, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety compliance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across outlets and maintain consistency.
