Key Responsibilities

• Manage mise en place and daily operations within the assigned kitchen section
• Support the Sous Chef in maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate effectively with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to menu development and support new dish implementation
• Train and guide junior chefs to maintain operational consistency
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Support events, promotions, and operational requirements as needed

Ideal Profile

• 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Background in international cuisine, preferably with Michelin-star or fine dining exposure
• Formal culinary training with strong technical skills
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for culinary excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement
