Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily kitchen operations for your assigned section in coordination with the Chef de Partie.
  • Prepare daily requisitions, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Supervise and guide junior culinary staff, providing training and mentorship for career development.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Support the development and execution of new menu items and seasonal dishes.
  • Assist in achieving targeted food cost percentages through accurate ordering and inventory management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Rixos Hotels' food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
  • Monitor kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance at all times.
  • Uphold Rixos and Accor service standards by delivering consistent and innovative culinary experiences.
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience with at least one year as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of international cuisines, modern cooking methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
