Job Summary

: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of pizzas using traditional and creative recipes. You will be in charge of ensuring the high quality of every pizza that leaves the kitchen, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of pizzas, including classic Italian-style pizzas, modern gourmet pizzas, and customized orders. Make pizza dough from scratch, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Prepare and portion ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and cheeses, ensuring freshness and flavor. Operate wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza ovens, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures. Ensure that pizzas are made to restaurant standards with regard to taste, appearance, and texture. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new pizza recipes and seasonal specials. Manage pizza ingredients inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely ordering of fresh produce and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Respond to customer feedback, striving for excellence in every pizza served.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant. Strong knowledge of pizza dough making, cooking techniques, and toppings. Familiarity with various types of pizza ovens, including wood-fired and gas. Passion for culinary arts, with a focus on Italian cuisine and pizza making. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
