A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
? Creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight the senses and elevate every dining experience
? Assisting in the preparation and presentation of pastry items to meet high culinary standards
? Taking ownership of your pastry workstation - managing supplies, equipment, and minimizing waste
? Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations
? Supporting the Chef and wider kitchen team with prep, service, and occasional general kitchen duties
? Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences
What we need from you:
? Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally at Commis or Demi Chef de Partie level
? A genuine passion for pastry arts and creativity in presentation and flavour pairing
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
? Compliance with local food handling and safety regulations
? A positive attitude and great communication - you're warm, approachable, and a true team player
