Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on forecast assumptions and inventory needs
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across all distribution channels
Analyze sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans accordingly to minimize overstock and stockouts
Assist in seasonal planning and product life cycle management
Manage and track Open to Buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring purchasing aligns with sales targets and inventory strategy
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
Support S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the retail or distribution sector
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with forecasting tools is a plus
Familiarity with Open to Buy planning and retail inventory metrics
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Salary AED 12000-15000 (all in) + benefits as per UAE law
