We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planning Executive to

support our retail operations by maintaining accurate sales forecasts and inventory

plans. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or

supply chain functions within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

a? Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand

forecasts.

a? Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts

with business plans.

a? Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid

stockouts or overstock.

a? Assist in seasonal and promotional planning.

a? Track key forecast metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

a? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

a? 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably in retail.

a? Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting tools is a plus.

a? Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
