Job Title: Demand Management Professional Grade: 7 Location: Taif

JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC), a BAE Systems majority owned joint venture Company. The successful individual will be working for a company at the forefront of BAE Systems' commitment to industrialise the supply chain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working across the SMSCMC Functions and Project Teams will offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of SMSCMC in KSA. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The Priority Progression Cell Professional is responsible for the raising and progression of critical demands to ensure enhanced aircraft availability is achieved. Day to day tasks also ensure maximum asset availability is maintained to enable aircraft serviceability and therefore meeting the required Key Performance Indicator's (KPI). RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION · Ensuring all Aircraft on Ground (AOG) demands and managed. · Effectively utilise the Typhoon Order Progression System (T.O.P.S) to ensure accuracy of reporting. · Responsible for Order Priority Progression and liaison with Integrated Logistics Operations Centre (ILOC) for State Solution progression. · Actively progress all demands to obtain Forecast Delivery Dates (FDD). · Liaise with UK and IKIP teams to obtain initial or improved FDD's. · Responsible to ensure the accuracy of all data that may be presented to Senior Management and the Customer. · Responsible for ensuring that a high level of integration and communication is maintained on a daily basis across the technical, logistical and operational functions. · Responsible for ensuring the PPC team adheres to all relevant procedures, policies, processes and internal governance to minimize risk (i.e. Quality Assurance, SHE). · Understand present / future platform utilization and customer priorities in order to ensure that availability of assets matches the fleet requirement in the most cost effective and efficient manner. · Maintain relations and liaise with internal and external customer organisations as appropriate. · To act as deputy for the Priority Progression Cell Specialist when required. · Identify any practice, procedure or system that is a threat to safety or quality. · Ensure the working environment is free from all forms of harassment and discrimination and take appropriate action to deal with perpetrators. · Ensuring that all work carried out within his areas of responsibility is conducted in accordance with current Health & Safety and Environment Protection legislation relevant to the Saudi Workmen and Labor Laws. · Compliance with local Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) plan and attendance at local SHE meetings / reviews when required. · Comply with all mandated SHE training including.
