Job Description

UAE based large hospitality group looking for an experienced and passionate Delivery Supervisor to join our team.

• Supervise orders fulfillment and processing of orders.
• Supervise the warehouse workforce and schedule deliveries of orders with the fulfillment team
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints by customers or the fulfillment team
• Coordinate receiving of new shipments including warehouse planning and orders fulfillment
• Manage the processing of quotations and orders
• Coordinate administrative activities, including but not limited to issuing quotes for projects.
• Liaise with the buying team to plan and prioritize purchasing activities
• Review planned orders and manage approval processes
• Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to buying team
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances
• Lead accounting team in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.

Experience and skills :

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Should have at least 2 years' experience as Transport Supervisor role in UAE.
• UAE Manual Light Vehicle Driving License Holder is desirable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Profession with Excel for report making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3.00 - AED4.00 per month
