Job Purpose
. To drive the company vehicle for the purpose of picking up & dropping staffs & deliver items from the warehouse to the retail stores as per the process and ensure proper documentation is maintained with high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education
. High school/ Pre-degree
Years of Experience
. 1 to 2 years Furniture/retail delivery experience
Essential Roles and Responsibilities Functional Roles and Responsibilities
. Pick up and drop staff from the accommodation to the work locations of Al Tayer Logistics
. Receive the delivery schedule from the delivery supervisor and arrange to deliver the items to the stores are checked/are in order, at the specified date and time.
. Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered to the stores without any damages.
. Handle all complaints, concerns of the stores wrt to delivery process, damages caused during transportation of items courteously and escalate it to the delivery supervisor/Customer Service for appropriate resolution.
. Organize and maintain all the store acknowledgements/receipts and submit them to the delivery supervisor.
. Ensure transport vehicle is roadworthy and is in good condition.
. Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage property and injury to self and colleagues. Pro-actively remind colleagues to behave in line with the HSE processes defined by the company.
. Ensure staff safety during transit and ensure that the bus reaches ahead of the shift timings Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job
