The Call Centre Service Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Contact Centre team to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct call centre staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and mentor representatives to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Set and monitor lead conversion targets and daily KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team leads and agents.
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate and manage escalations effectively.
  • Optimize procedures to enhance performance and motivation.
  • Track and measure performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with management on performance issues.
  • Prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a call centre supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and call centre technology.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
