Job Description
The Delivery Fleet & Vehicle Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and compliance of the bakery product delivery fleet. The role ensures vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and available to support timely product deliveries across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor bakery delivery vehicles to ensure on-time and efficient distribution
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all fleet vehicles
Maintain vehicle records, licenses, insurance, and compliance with UAE regulations
Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs to optimize efficiency
Liaise with drivers, workshops, and vendors to resolve vehicle-related issues
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety standards during deliveries
Requirements:
Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in FMCG or food production
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and UAE transport regulations
Strong coordination, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills
