YALA Kombucha is growing fast -- and so are our delivery routes! We're looking for a
hands-on, detail-driven Delivery Operator
who can
both arrange and make deliveries
across UAE. If you're as comfortable behind the wheel as you are behind a spreadsheet, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & optimize daily delivery routes
for efficiency, covering B2B and B2C orders.
Drive and complete deliveries
as needed, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
Coordinate with production to ensure the correct stock is packed and ready.
Track, confirm, and communicate delivery schedules with clients.
Monitor ETAs, adjust routes on the go, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-first approach.
Maintain delivery records, fuel logs, and track KPIs (on-time %, cost per delivery, etc.).
Oversee vehicle upkeep: schedule servicing, monitor fuel usage, and ensure cleanliness.
Requirements
Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet coordination.
Valid UAE driving license (manual) -- confident driving a delivery van.
Strong communicator in English; Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai roads is a strong advantage.
Familiar with Google Maps, routing tools, and basic Excel/Sheets.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to think quickly under pressure.
