We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Driver to support our production and warehouse operations in the manufacturing of smoothies, ice cream, and juices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport materials, ingredients, and finished products within the facility, as well as assisting with loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products within the production area and warehouse.
Load and unload delivery trucks with raw ingredients, packaging, and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling.
Organize and store materials in designated areas, following inventory management procedures.
Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure products are stored correctly and prevent spoilage.
Maintain an accurate log of materials moved, including recording the quantity and location.
Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of materials to the production lines.
Help with packaging and labeling products as needed, especially during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Assist in general warehouse duties, such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining safety protocols.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or manager.
