Delegate Sales Executive
Job Description
Achieve delegate acquisition sales target in volume and in value.
Engage a wider audience for any given community and inspire them to join the meeting.
Collaborate with local & regional societies & media partners to expand reach and get more visibility for each of the events.
Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads for verification and progress on new data collected/updated.
Maintain weekly reporting to Team/Client on the overall progress in terms of Delegate Sales.
Ensure proper delegation of calling tasks to telecallers.
Maintain & Update Event Social Media platforms.
Ensure weekly updates and announcements of flyers, promotions and Program Highlights are posted in all platforms.
Ensure that Onsite Delegate email & SMS Reminder timelines are followed for all events.
