to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Delegate Sales Manager to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and sell delegate passes for our conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients and decision-makers to promote and sell delegate passes
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts confidently with senior-level executives
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of delegate sales experience
within the conference, events, or exhibitions industry
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven experience in conference sales, B2B sales, media sales, ad sales, or event sales (preferred)
Strong phone-based presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Familiarity with publishing, trade shows, and interactive media sales is a plus
Training:
Any relevant sales training or certification is an advantage
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
