To lead and execute high-level delegate acquisition and sales strategies for our conferences and exhibition across GCC region .
This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, marketing coordination, and leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Generation
Drive delegate revenue through outbound sales campaigns (phone, email, CRM).
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed targets.
Conduct in-depth consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Navigate and overcome objections to secure delegate bookings.
Lead Management & Market Research
Conduct strategic prospecting and market segmentation to identify and target qualified leads.
Use lead scoring and qualification frameworks to prioritize outreach.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Marketing & CRM Integration
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and delegate targeting.
Use CRM data to create audience-specific outreach strategies and track campaign performance.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key clients to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
Serve as a key contact point for delegates pre- and post-event to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide junior sales executives, sharing best practices and coaching on effective sales techniques.
Contribute to sales training and team knowledge development.
Strategic & Analytical Contribution
Analyze sales metrics to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
Provide input into revenue forecasting and pipeline planning with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 8 plus years of experience in delegate sales, B2B event sales, or conference sponsorship.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
High proficiency in consultative selling and account management.
Passion for the events industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector is a plus.
