We're currently looking for an
Acquisition Manager
-- a specialist in broker onboarding. If you're great at building processes, leading negotiations, and want to influence product development, we'd love to have you on our team.
What you'll be doing:
Attract brokers to the platform
Conduct presentations, handle initial communications, and assist with onboarding
Work in CRM and collaborate closely with the digital marketing team
Optimize the funnel: test, improve, and scale processes
Support onboarded brokers and increase their activity
Monitor competitors and suggest improvements
Report on performance metrics
What we're looking for:
Strong business communication skills
Experience in sales, client or partner acquisition (B2B)
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Experience in real estate and/or digital products is a plus
Understanding of digital marketing
Ability to launch processes and test hypotheses
