(Defects Liability Period) Engineer/ Inspectors, the JD is below:
Proposed Job Deceptions :
Objective:
Monitor and work closely with the Project delivery team, contractor, and customers to ensure all tickets raised in the system related to defects and liabilities are addressed, rectified satisfactorily, and closed within the agreed SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track all defect liability tickets related to Civil works , Joinery ,MEP, HVAC, Mechanical, Lighting, Electrical Plumbing, water leakages,. Coordinate with contractors for prompt rectifications. Follow up on pending tickets to prevent SLA breaches. Ensure all rectifications comply with quality and safety standards. Conduct site inspections when necessary to verify satisfactory completion. Escalate unresolved issues and provide necessary feedback. Maintain close coordination with the contractor to ensure timely completion. Keep customers informed about the progress of their raised concerns. Prepare and submit periodic reports on ticket status, resolution timelines, and SLA adherence.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture or Mechanical or relevant degree.Experience:
Prior experience in defect liability management, site inspections, and contractor coordination. *Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities.
