Job Status:- Full Time
Task:-
- Recovering outstanding amount from delinquent customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers complaints
- Identify fraudulent customers
- Negotiate repayment terms
- Skip tracing
- Giving reminder calls on PTP accounts in terms of collecting the commuted amount from the customers
- Any further task need to be perform as per the job requirements
Must Have:-
- Strong negotiations skills
- Target oriented
- Capable of handling target pressure
- Able to work as per the given deadlines
