Job Description

Organisation Overview Century Financial is one of the UAE's pioneering financial services company specializing in investments and trading in financial instruments like currencies, indices, shares, commodities, treasuries, and ETFs, along with exchange-traded derivatives. We are looking for a Dealer/Operation Analyst to join our Customer Support team.
Role Overview
Our Dealer/Operation Analyst is responsible for managing the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades and positions on behalf of trade desks across the organisation. They work closely with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, and organisations customers to ensure timely settlement of trades, accuracy of books and records, and avoidance of unanticipated risk to both the organisation and its customers.

  • Good understanding of Futures and Options.
  • Handling back office, operations, risk management and ensuring compliance with the regulatory bye laws and company policies.
  • Handling clearing and settlement activities and managing exposures at global derivatives, FX and CFD's.
  • Handling customers for all the inquiries related to trades, back office, risk management, support, CRM portals.
  • Reviewing daily risk report, margin adequacy requirements etc.
  • Margin calls, follow ups and action to be overviewed.
  • Contributing to the organization by playing active role in advising team members to improve process and systems.
  • Contributing towards technological advances and initiatives from time to time.
  • Handling middle office requirements related to operations, risk, support for global offices of the group
  • Good understanding about variants of front end CQG, Meta trader, etc
  • Working with a team of dealers, back office, risk managers and ensuring smooth operations and risk management.
  • Liaison with group offices to understand products/services and training other members of Sales/Ops team in these products.
  • Interacting with regulators from time to time for activities related to operations and business.
  • MIS & Risk reporting.
  • Managing front end of the 'Trading Platform'.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Graduate in Finance stream will be preferred for this role.
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
  • Should have exceptional 'MIS Reporting' skills.
  • Self-confident, with the ability and mind set to thrive both independently and within a team.
  • A strong background in customer service support is highly preferred.
  • Preference will be give to MT4/ MT5 experience dealer
  • Should be open to work in shifts from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
