Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Monitor order accuracy, turnaround time, and daily workload completion.
Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counts and proper stock rotation
Assign daily tasks and shifts; ensure proper manpower allocation.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the warehouse team.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
Coordinate with transport, procurement, and retail teams to support store replenishment and special deliveries.
Act as the first point of contact for resolving floor-level issues
Communicate clearly with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
