Your mission: Focuses on growing our own Grocery Stores, which is the region's first dark store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across KSA. You will oversee all of the daily operations at a distribution center. you will supervise the loading and unloading of all packages, ensure that inventory manifests match up with the shipments you receive or send out, and make sure that all goods and products have the proper storage conditions. You are also responsible for monitoring facility safety and making sure that workers store everything in a manner that prevents workplace injuries.

Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities: Setting up and managing the warehouse end to end. Setting up and managing the budget for the DC within the country. Directing and managing the DC Operations at the country level taking care of people development, facilitating coordination, efficiency, effectiveness across local functions and assuring availability of key staff and resources. Monitoring and managing the Transport and Traffic costs. Ensuring compliance with regional standards and local policies and practices. Coordinating and directing warehouse (i.e. selecting staff, planning shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, ...), transport and traffic operations. Facilitating the coordination with stores/merchandisers to optimize service level and overall efficiency. Ensuring data availability for production of reports as required. Ensuring supply chain-related shrinkage is minimized. Ensuring interaction with local functions (Commercial, Operations, Inventory Control, Finance) to optimize the country supply chain. Ensuring accomplishment/continuous improvement of current performance against best practices and corporate standards (in warehouse/transportation). Maintaining productivity levels in line with established regional standards. Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Ensuring appropriate and safe use of material handling equipment. Reviewing Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Preventive action for accident reports and pending recurring issues. Responsible for warehouse resource mobilization for shifting. Coordinating with IT on novel implementation and pending issues. Planning for surge containment situations. Performs other related duties as assigned

Your heroic skills: Experienced in supply chain and warehousing, with minimum of 3 years in a managerial level. University Graduate degree in (Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain) or other related field, Master's Degree is a plus. Very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize, Considered as someone who delivers solutions. Strong leader and passionate about developing others. Interpersonal Skill, Can interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. Energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. Excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools. Language skills: Fluent in English and Arabic
