The Role
Position Title: Day Drilling Supervisor Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract (Rotation: 28/28 up to 35/35) Salary: daily rate depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: UAE About the Client: A leading oil and gas company in UAE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all operations in a manner that ensures the well programmes are carried out in safe and cost effective manner, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel, protection of the environment and business objectives are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all NPT is captured in Openwells and NPT reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare a 7 day and 14 day Lookahead based on the current operations and upcoming operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that Well Control Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing and crew response. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all contractor and service company documentation such as BHA\xe2\x80\x99s, Pipe Tally\xe2\x80\x99s, Casing Tally\xe2\x80\x99s, Liner Tally\xe2\x80\x99s etc. are checked and verified as correct.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Male, 55 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or any relevant certificates \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role in Oil and Gas industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have IWCF level 4 \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable on specific drilling operations/challenges (i.e. slow ROP, stuck pipe, stuck casing, cementing, completions, etc.) including MPD operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of well control principles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of loss circulation and its procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with MPD operations and knowledge of MPD procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with highly tectonically stressed wells. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with both SOBM and WBM and fluid management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with high temperature wells of 320 deg F or higher. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with slim well designs, underreaming and flush casings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in workovers in an aged field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with H2S environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bit Dull Grading. \xe2\x80\xa2 Directional Drilling utilizing RSS and Turbines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Underreaming with and without directional assemblies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Casing/Liner running conventionally and/or with CRT tools and Cementing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fishing and Casing Exits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in OpenWells reporting system \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to overseas candidates
