Job Purpose

Ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets used in AI, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and validate data quality across critical systems.

Design and implement data quality rules and validation routines.

Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.

Collaborate with data owners and engineers to implement corrective actions.

Generate quality metrics and dashboards to track improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Data Science or Information Technology, Master's in Data Science or related is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Competency Requirements

Technical Skills:

Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks.

Quality Management Skills:

Understanding of data governance, lineage, and control frameworks.

Experience implementing data quality KPIs and alerts.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Attention to detail and root cause analysis mindset.
