The Data Protection Consultant is responsible for collaborating with other team members and executing assigned tasks to achieve the successful delivery of consultancy, technical implementation, and presales tasks for projects related to data protection and classification services as well as other governance, risk, and compliance services where applicable.
Responsibilities:

• Experience completing implementations of projects related to data classification solutions and data leak prevention technology as well as conducting technical workshops, POCs, solution implementation, and customer advisories.
• Perform assessments related to different aspects of service under the Microsoft purview scope
• Participate in presales activities and support the sales team in securing opportunities
• Create technical and non-technical documentation related to the projects at hand
• Bridge the gap between the technical and governance tracks of data protection and leakage consulting
• Contributing to thought leadership initiatives related to data protection and representing the Help AG Consulting team in events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience
• 5 years of working experience in implementing Microsoft Security Suite.
• Deep understanding of data classification, DLP, and rights protection consulting and technologies.
• Certified in Microsoft security solutions such as AIP, Azure, and O365 Security
• Understanding of information security concepts, such as risk assessment and the controls in ISO/IEC 27002
• Understanding of management systems, such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Ability to understand complex business processes and activities
• Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Understanding of information security concepts and related technology
• Being able to identify new work areas and set new goals for themselves
• Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented
• Ability to communicate/translate ideas in business-friendly language
• Being able to understand complex business processes and activities
