Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise data platforms across on-premise and cloud environments
• Manage day-to-day production operations for data platforms, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence
• Lead incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis, resolution tracking, and post-incident reviews
• Conduct regular service review meetings with business lines to discuss incidents, problems, and overall service performance
• Coordinate with infrastructure, data platforms, and data engineering teams to resolve operational issues effectively
• Implement and enforce operational best practices, including change management, release governance, and service controls
• Support audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to production operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability, resilience, and service quality
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to production support team members

Ideal Profile

• Overall experience of 12 years or more in production support and operations management for enterprise data platforms
• Strong knowledge of data platform technologies such as Cloudera, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and Informatica
• Hands-on experience with incident and problem management frameworks, including ITIL-based practices
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, operational dashboards, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead service review forums
• Prior experience within banking or financial services environments preferred
