Job Title: Data Modeler

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Data Modeler

with deep expertise inAzure Fabrics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). This roleinvolves developing scalable and efficient data models to support our analyticsand integration needs. You'll work with complex enterprise systems like OracleE-Business Suite/Fusion and Microsoft CRM, translating business requirementsinto robust data architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines using Azure DataFactory (ADF).

Leverage Azure Data Lake and Fabrics for data storage and processing.

Integrate data from systems such as Oracle EBS/Fusion and Microsoft CRM.

Perform data profiling, ensure data quality and governance acrosssystems.

Document data models and maintain metadata.

Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements.

Optimize models for performance and scalability.

Support AI-driven analytics and real-time data solutions using EventStreams and KQL.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to design and implement scalable data models.

Strong grasp of data integration and governance concepts.

Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.

Experience:

5+ years as a

Data Modeler

in complex enterprise dataenvironments.

Hands-on experience with

Azure Data Lake

,

ADF

, and

AzureFabrics

.

Exposure to

Oracle Fusion/EBS

and

Microsoft CRM

systems.

Technical Skills:

Data Modeling Tools: Erwin, dbForge, Visio, Power Designer

ETL: Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Cloud Storage & Processing: Azure Data Lake, Azure Fabrics

Source Systems: Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft CRM

Real-Time & Analytics: KQL databases, Event Streams, Azure OpenAI,ML models

Data Governance Tools: Azure Purview

Familiarity with star/snowflake schemas and dimensional modeling

Functional Skills:

Strategic thinker with attention to detail

Problem-solving and critical analysis

Ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Power BI

or other BI/reporting tools

Knowledge of

Azure SynapseAnalytics
