Job Responsibilities
Typing in data provided directly from customers or other departments with speed and accuracy
Verifying data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any inconsistencies
Updating existing records to ensure current and accurate information
Retrieving customer or account data as needed for various teams
Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data for completeness and correctness
Entering data using keyboards or optical scanners based on screen formats and protocols
Supporting team operations by following internal policies and suggesting improvements
Maintaining customer trust by ensuring all data is handled with the utmost confidentiality
Qualifications
with or without experience in Tadbeer
Must be a local
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Fast and efficient typing skills (familiarity with data entry tools is a plus!)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role is an advantage
