Job Summary:

detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Controller
exclusively forUAE Nationals
. The role focuses onaccurate data entry, document management, and record keeping
. The ideal candidate isorganized, precise, and able to maintain up-to-date records
in line with company procedures.#
Key Responsibilities - Data Entry, Customer Interaction & Technical Support
Accurately
enter, update, and maintain data
in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.Organize, control, and archive documents
, ensuring proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval. Maintaindocument registers, logs, and trackers
for all files. Review documents forcompleteness and accuracy
before filing or submission. Support departments byretrieving records and documents
when needed. Followdocument control procedures
and ensureconfidentiality
of company information. Identify and reportmissing, incorrect, or outdated information
to supervisors for correction. Assist withbasic administrative tasks
related to documentation and data management.#
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
; diploma or certificate in administration, information management, or related field is a plus.0-2 years of experience
indata entry, document control, or administrative roles
. Basic knowledge ofMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.Accurate typing skills
and strong attention to detail. Ability tofollow instructions and work within established procedures
. * Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English
