Main Responsibilities:
Enter purchase invoices in Tally Gold(mandatory).
Issue Purchase Ordersto suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation and delivery schedules.
Match Purchase Orders with invoices and delivered quantities.
Organize and archive all purchase-related documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experienceusing Tally Gold.
Good knowledge of Excel.
High accuracy, commitment, and follow-up skills.
