We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented
Accounting Data Entry Controller
to join our team in the construction and contracting sector. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years of accounting or data entry experience
, withprior experience in a construction or contracting company highly preferred
.Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage large volumes of financial and project-related data with accuracy Prepare, verify, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment records Maintain and update accounting databases and ledgers Assist with job costing, project budgets, and financial reporting Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities Ensure all financial records comply with internal policies and audit requirements Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting data entry or similar role Experience in the
construction or contracting industry
is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, etc.) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
