What You'll Do

• Enter customer information into the CAS system from application forms and supporting documents
• Maintain productivity and performance reports for submission to the manager
• Support day-to-day office tasks and documentation requirements in the unit
• Ensure compliance with FAB's credit SOPs, audit requirements, and reporting guidelines
• Deliver accurate data entry within set turnaround times (TAT) and maintain zero error standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• Adhere strictly to FAB's policies, processes, and regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, or a related discipline
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on compliance and process adherence
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities
