Fixed salary AED 500 + performance-based commission

We are hiring a

highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry & Property Outreach Executive

to support our real estate operations. This role involves structured outreach to property owners, maintaining accurate data, and assisting in initial price discussions.

This is a

home-based role

with full flexibility, ideal for someone who is comfortable with focused, repetitive tasks while also being sharp and confident in written and voice communication.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage

multiple WhatsApp numbers

for property owner outreach Contact property owners to: Confirm whether the property is available for

sale or rent

Collect and update

asking prices

Understand owner expectations and

negotiate within guidance

Maintain accurate and organized

property data records

Handle WhatsApp

text messages, voice notes, and follow-ups

professionally Keep conversations active and ensure timely responses Regularly update the team with verified property information Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate

(Bachelor's degree required) Degree must be from a

recognized / reputable university

Excellent

WhatsApp chat handling skills

Comfortable with

monotonous and repetitive tasks

Sharp, alert, and quick at understanding conversations Strong written communication skills (English required; Urdu a plus) Confident handling

voice notes and short calls

Extremely

proactive and self-driven

Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/mobile setup

Prior experience in

real estate, telesales, call centers, or data entry

is a plus (not mandatory)
