We're looking for a confident, smart, and well-spoken
female receptionist cum sales executive
to handle client communication, manage sales, and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, persuasive, and comfortable managing both front-desk and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with clients professionally (in person, on calls, and over WhatsApp)
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments
Convert leads into clients using effective communication and sales skills
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
Assist in documentation, emailing, and data entry tasks
Maintain basic office records and coordinate with the team
Support management in daily operational and marketing activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu
Strong convincing and sales abilities
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, confident, and professional personality
Education & Experience:
Minimum Graduate (preferred)
1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or sales in UAE (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
