We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to assist with data input, record management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into internal databases and systems
Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Report any errors or discrepancies to the supervisor
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Admin accounts experience.
