Key Responsibilities:
Input sales orders and customer details into the system accurately
Verify product quantities, pricing, and delivery details from sales teams
Update and maintain databases for customers, products, and pricing
Prepare and send daily/weekly sales reports to managers
Track order status and coordinate with production and logistics teams
Flag orders approaching delivery or requiring urgent attention
Assist sales reps with quotes, forms, and basic follow-up tasks
Ensure data is complete, accurate, and ready for billing/invoicing
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry, sales admin, or clerical experience
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or order systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of product codes, order flows, or food logistics is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
