The ideal candidate will handle accurate data entry, assist with accounting tasks, and support procurement activities related to medical supplies and equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and familiarity with medical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Data Entry:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of records, invoices, and documents.
Maintain and update company databases, files, and documentation.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office communications.
Accounts Support:
Assist in accounting tasks such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and ledger updates.
Support reconciliation of accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in bookkeeping.
Procurement Support:
Assist with vendor sourcing, vendor coordination, and quotation collection.
Prepare and local process purchase orders (LPOs) and follow up on delivery schedules.
Maintain vendor records, price lists, and procurement documentation.
Track inventory levels and support procurement planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in admin, data entry, accounts, procurement or related roles.
Knowledge of accounting tasks & procedures and procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems etc.).
Prior experience in related roles are highly preferred.
