Position Summary
The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end data processing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake. This role includes managing real-time and batch workflows, cloud infrastructure, ML integration, and continuous deployment pipelines-all aligned to enterprise data strategy.
What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into scalable data engineering architectures
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL
• Develop large-scale data processing using Spark, Python, and cloud-native tools
• Maintain and optimize cloud data environments including Snowflake and Azure Synapse
• Deploy ML models using Azure Machine Learning and integrate APIs into data workflows
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automation tools
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and security across all platforms
• Mentor data engineers and lead cross-team technical initiatives
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to define solution strategies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles
• Strong command of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Data Lake
• Expert in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks like Spark
• Proven experience with Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL tools
• Skilled in CI/CD practices, DevOps, and cloud automation
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and model integration in cloud pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data warehouses
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive technical teams
