Maintain accurate student and staff information within the MIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
Produce clear, concise and accurate data reports to support school improvement, performance analysis and strategic planning.
Liaise with SLT regarding the timetable, class structure and curriculum changes.
Maintain class lists, registers and teaching groups; implement changes to sets, options and allocations as required.
Oversee the administration of the options process, ensuring accurate subject choices and pathway allocations.
Ensure up-to-date storage and accuracy of CAT, NGRT and other benchmark/assessment data.
Analyse student performance data and examination outcomes to support target setting, intervention planning and departmental reviews.
Produce assessment and progress reports in collaboration with subject leaders and Heads of Department.
Generate individual student targets using prior attainment, benchmark data and school target-setting methodology.
Manage the production and distribution of Progress, Interim and Final school reports.
Monitor student attendance through SIMS and support accurate record-keeping.
Ensure the secure storage of all sensitive data in line with school policies and GDPR/data-protection guidance.
Respond to data requests by producing lists, statistics, dashboards and reports as required by leaders or external agencies.
Contribute to wider administration functions to support the smooth operation of the school.
2. Examinations Management
Lead and manage the full examination cycle for internal and external examinations (IGCSE, GCSE, A Level, IB, internal mocks etc.).
Liaise with all awarding bodies to ensure full compliance with regulations, deadlines and quality standards.
Manage examination entries, withdrawals, amendments and certification processes including BTEC.
Maintain accurate examination timetables, seating plans, access arrangements and rooming schedules.
Ensure all students entitled to access arrangements (e.g., extra time, readers, scribes) are correctly recorded and supported.
Recruit, train and manage examination invigilators, ensuring consistency with JCQ/board expectations.
Oversee secure storage and handling of examination papers and materials in line with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal mock examinations including schedules, scripts, staffing and rooming.
Organise the distribution of results, support post-results services (e.g., remarks, enquiries about results) and assist students and parents as required.
Maintain examination archives, compliance documentation and inspection-readiness according to awarding body standards.
Skills Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree desirable (BA or BSc).
Ability to develop working knowledge of MIS systems (e.g., Phoenix /Go4Schools or similar).
Understanding of examinations regulations and data protection requirements preferred.

Experience
Minimum two years' experience in a similar data or examinations role.
Experience using MIS or data analysis systems in an educational context is desirable.
Experience coordinating examinations or large-scale operational processes is advantageous.
